it comes with the bonus of 1 free allocated parking space and is within a few minutes' walk to the City Centre.

The apartment itself has a fabulous open plan living space with patio doors that open to a glass juliet balcony. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of stylish units and integrated appliances, including an electric hob, oven/grill, fridge/freezer dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably to sit and enjoy a meal.
