Amazing stay in Primrose Hill

Primrose Perfect!

Wonderful part of the city. Primrose Hill Park and Regent's Park are at your doorstep. Marylebone is a short walk away, and the Primrose Village is exquisite.

Highly recommended!

A spacious and clean flat in a lovely neighbourhood and directly opposite Primrose Hill. A tube station is nearby. The owner is a pleasure. What more can you ask for?

We had a wonderful stay in Primrose Hill. The hosts were accommodating and easy to contact/communicate with. The flat was simple, clean and had everything that we needed including a washer/dryer combo. It is ideally located a quick walk to a few adorable restaurants (highly recommend the Asian/Japanese) and a little general store. The underground is also a pleasant, short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Primrose Hill

The flat is located across the street from Regent's Park and a few short blocks to a lovely commercial district that has countless restaurants and other lovely retail stores. The flat was quiet and well furnished and clean. I recommend it.

Flat location right in front Primrose Hill, and steps from the High Street with lots of shops, restaurants and small markets, Flat itself was spacious however they had an ant infestation that we battled for the extent of our month lomng trip. Hundreds of ants crawling all over the kitchen and living room floor, by the window, on the sofa. Very frustrating as I have a 10 month old baby, and he was unable to crawl safely on the floor for the majority of the trip. Host left some nontoxic ant killer for us and then two weeks later had some ant bait placed in the flat. They continued to be an issue and we left the flat early unfortunately. The flat is not fit for guests until the ant situation is under control. I did end up requesting financial compensation and was given 200 which I think is ridiculous given how uncomfortable we were for a month, and the nearly 8k price tag we paid. Host otherwise responsive but denied there was ever an ant issue prior despite the fact that we found several ant killing solutions under sink.

Jamie, we're very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration, especially with a 10 month old baby. The ant issue was unexpected and not something we had previously encountered at the flat. A recent problem not mentioned by the former guests. As soon as you made us aware of the problem, we did our best to help and responded whenever you contacted us. Because your family was staying in the flat with a young child, we were limited to child-safe treatments while the property was occupied. Once the flat became vacant, a more comprehensive treatment was carried out and the issue was resolved. We appreciate that this affected your experience and are sorry for the inconvenience it caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we waived the cleaning fee and provided additional compensation. We genuinely regret that you left disappointed and wish you and your family all the best.
