Suite 1 - Spacious, well-lit and with a modern décor, it is equipped with a comfortable double bed, smart TV, built-in closet, mirror and air conditioning. It has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, mirror, storage, toilet, walk-in shower and wall-mounted towel warmer/dryer and hairdryer. Face and bath towels are included.

Bedroom 2 - Spacious and with a modern décor, it offers a bunk bed with premium beds, consisting of an upper single bed, a lower double bed and a single bed in a drawer, it also has air conditioning, a smart TV, a desk for two people and a built-in closet and shoe rack.

Guest bathroom:
Comprising a washbasin with storage and mirror, toilet, bidet, a shower with overhead shower and wall-mounted towel warmer/dryer and hairdryer. Face and bath towels are included.


Kitchen & Living Room

The kitchen is modern and very spacious, fully equipped with the SMEG range of small appliances (toaster, blender, magic wand, kettle and citrus juicer) and also has a dishwasher and a DUO machine (washing machine and tumble dryer). The dining table is common to the living room and is extendable in two more sizes, allowing up to 12 people to sit at the table.
The living area is very spacious and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that seats up to two people, two armchairs, several side tables, a smart TV and bluetooh speaker and a sideboard with cubes. One of the room's most distinctive decorative/utility elements is a restored scooter that has been transformed into a bar, making the space unique.

It also has direct access to the balcony, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture (sofas, tables and chairs) that provide more intimate moments of conviviality or leisure.
