Great Spot in the Heart of Punta de Mita

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are even better than they look in the pictures! The location is perfect in the center of everything in Punta de Mita. The condo bedding, sofas, and day lounger were all very comfortable and the property manager was very accommodating. Would stay again.

Great View

This is our second time staying in this Villa. The view from the patio is fantastic and very relaxing. You are just a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, shopping, and many nearby restaurants. We hope to be back very soon.

Nicely appointed condo on the beach

If you want a place "on the beach", you won't get much closer than this! Set up one floor above ground level, this nicely appointed condo overlooks a small strip of sand with the water RIGHT THERE. Literally a "stone's throw away". We only stayed there overnight for a business trip, but could see how this would be a good choice for a more extended stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the bed we used was very comfortable and overall the unit was very clean.

Great space, right on the beach!

Communication was great. They really wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. We did have one small problem with the refrigerator, but they jumped right on it to get it fixed. I sent one email to let them know about the problem, and two people responded to make sure we're taken care of. Great space, great service, great experience. Thank you.

A lovely place to stay!

The condo was lovely. Very comfortable and clean, with a bathroom attached to each bedroom and a separate half-bath at the entrance. A small laundry room, too, where you can store your beach stuff. The staff (concierge, security guard) make a huge difference. Warm and welcoming - very friendly and accommodating every day. There is a reserved parking space, which is nice when you've been out and about all day, and we sat and watched the boats come in and out of the marina every day. The beach in front of the condo is quite rocky, but walk down 1/4 mile and you'll find white sand beaches - soft and wonderful. Staying at our condo, with family staying 1/2 mile down the beach, really highlighted the variances between the two. Theirs were larger and on the wonderful beach, but they had to walk to the village several times a day, you have to rent umbrellas and beach chairs, and there were lots of rules (enforced heavily) about using the pools, having guests, etc. Not nearly as friendly. Ours was a bit more compact in size, but offered the wonderful rooftop pool (great for the very old and the very young), with great shady umbrellas, comfy seating and we never saw another person there! Great place for daily happy hour! In addition, you are smack dab in the middle of the little village, with easy access to coffee, restaurants, and shops. I'd take our place, every single time. Great people, warm and friendly. Thanks to Bob and Paris - they were available for questions and have been super accommodating. Great experience, overall!

This property is conveniently located on the main drag of beachfront Punta de Mita. The views of the Anclote break are incredible and great to keep an eye on the surf conditions. We enjoyed several local restaurants, surfed, fished and went snorkeling/whale watching. The kids enjoyed the pool and being steps to the sand. The decor of the apartment is modern and tasteful. A few things to note- there are no salt and pepper shakers provided or drinking water which is imperative in Mexico. A tip would be to order water ahead for the water dispenser so you have something to drink when you arrive. We had a few hiccups such as the gardener locking us out by locking the deadbolt which we didn’t have a key for so maintenance had to be called which took a bit of time, the coffee pot was broken so we had to wait two days for a new one and the outdoor ceiling fan was down and repaired on our final day. That being said, the condo front desk staff were friendly and willing to help when issues arose. Another thing to consider is our travel was just three weeks after the head cartel leader was killed and the airport had closed initially and the cartel was hijacking/burning vehicles in the streets of Puerto Vallarta. The owner would not refund our trip if we did not feel comfortable traveling after such events other than 50% up to two weeks before our check in, then zero refund after that. It was a tough decision. The area was quiet because most travelers did cancel their trips to the area.

Condo was nice with great view and next to one of the best restaurants on the strip. The rooftop pool and bar are great features. It would have been nice to have some coffee in the place and there were no beach towels (it turns out they were left in dryer). The property manager welcomed us with some awesome guac and chips when we arrived.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The condo was everything we imagined it would be, and more! The view from the deck was awesome - we enjoyed sunrises each morning. Great Owner & Property

The pre-trip communication with the owner was great and the condo was as described. The on-site manager advised that he booked airport transportation which we paid a hefty premium for, however, once we arrived in Puerto Vallarta there was no ride or reimbursement. Definitely stay here, but book your own transportation and don’t rely on the in house “concierge”

We had a great xmas break at the unit, it was in a great location, Very clean and had all we needed for our family. Nice having restaurant below, and cute bar on the roof. 2 great pools and paddle boarding and surfing right out front. You could hear the waves crashing all day and night very tranquil. Amazing family vacation with condo at a family friendly surf break.

Close to restaurants & walking distance to everything. Having Luise & Concho on-site for surf & paddle board rentals was so convenient. Two pools & roof top bar made staying here so easy & relaxing. Condo was clean & safe with 24 hour security. Could use a little resupply of basic ammentities....no wine bottle opener or cheese grater & a few other small items we missing from kitchen, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Also no safe was provided for valuables which we thought should be provided for this quality of space in Mexico. Other than those few items the condo was a perfect place to post up for the week for amazing views & user friendly surf. Staff was all awesome & extremely friendly.

We are a family from San Antonio. I am an architect and my wife runs a real estate company. We fell in love with the area immediately and bought the condo while having lunch at the restaurant on the ground floor of our building. Our children grew up on our beach during many trips to Mexico.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location...It is right on the beach with a fantastic view. We can walk to everything we need...restaurants, various beach clubs, wine and gourmet grocery, cute shops and galleries. Most of the owners enjoy surfing and there is a greta surf break right in front of our building.

What makes this property unique

Unit Refurbished last year! Our building is small with only twelve units. We like the other owners and the intimate quality of the building. We have two pools..one on the roof and one at the beach level. The best restaurant and bar in the area is on the ground floor of our building and there is a cute bar on the roof level for snacks and drinks at sunset.
