This great family holiday home is perfectly situated in the village of Carvoeiro and is within walking distance of the town centre. Ideal for families or groups of friends with the 10m x 5m pool providing hours of entertainment. Outside dining area with sea views provides the perfect area for outdoor lunches on lazy days where you don't want to venture far Broil King BBQ is perfect for cooking dinner with the best offerings of the day from the town market....along with some great local wines and beers. There is a tennis table to enjoy outdoor times at the villa as well. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there is plenty of space and the good size pool, set in a grassy lawn, will no doubt provide the focal point of the holiday. The spacious covered terrace provides plenty of shade away from the sun and a perfect spot for outdoor meals.
The villa is approximately 1km from the town beach in Carvoeiro and a short walk from the town, with several world class beaches a short drive away. Family Holiday

We loved our 2 weeks stay! The villa was beautiful with lots of space for 12 people. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything in it that you would need to cater at home. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and each room had air con. The pool is a great size and the seating areas around it were lovely, providing lots of spaces to relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful sea views from pool side. Communication with the owner was excellent and lots of information about the villa and area was provided before we arrived. Property was well serviced throughout our stay by the gardener, pool cleaner and cleaned twice a week. Overall we would recommend this villa and would certainly go back.

One-Week Stay at Casa do Alto, Carvoeiro – Portugal

We spent a wonderful week at Casa do Alto together with two other families—three families in total—and the stay exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious and welcoming, with a lovely outdoor area that was perfect for long meals and relaxing in the shade. The large swimming pool was a favorite spot for both adults and children.One of the highlights was how the house provides plenty of space without feeling overwhelming. It’s well suited for social gatherings while also making it easy to retreat for peace and quiet.The only downside was that the single beds had very firm mattresses, which made the nights less comfortable. We recommend adding mattress toppers to improve comfort.Interestingly, the villa looks even better in real life than it does in the pictures—which suggests a presentation video could be helpful for future guests.All in all: a fantastic week in a villa that delivers on atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience. With a few small tweaks, it could be perfect.
