Host unreliable and unhelpful

This host canceled our reservation just one hour before we arrived at the property. They overbooked the property and claimed they don’t often get a booking from VRBO so they didn’t check to see that we had reserved it already before they gave it to someone else. Not only did they cancel at the final hour before we arrived they did nothing to help us secure another accommodation. Do not trust this host!
