The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped, it has 2 balconies which enjoy the afternoon sun till sunset. The location is perfect with a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea, it is only a 10 minute walk from El Pinnilo train station and about the same down to the beach and marina and about 5 minutes walk to the bus stops. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants located near by with a Lidl right next door. IVI Real Estate were very helpful and always willing to help, check-in and check-out was a seamless process and the apartment was good value for money. Overall experience 10 out of 10

A notre arrivée, très bon accueil de l'agence, celle-ci s'est renseignée si nous avions des problèmes. rien à redire là dessus.Il faut malgré tout s'habituer à la vie locale.Tout été quasiment parfait.
