Villa Mirador A consists of three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, a balcony with stunning views, air conditioning in the main rooms and Wifi.



You can enter the villa through a beautiful garden area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. To the left of the hall we find the first double room. This bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large closet to store clothes. Next, we find a bathroom, equipped with a shower tray and hairdryer. In addition, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Right next door, we can find the fully equipped kitchen. It has a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The large kitchen has access to the outdoor pool area.



To the left of the hall, we find the cozy living-dining room equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV, a sofa and a comfortable armchair, and a table and chairs for dining. From the living room we also have direct access to the pool area, which offers very beautiful views of the beach and the Cala Galdana river. This is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those wonderful views of the beach.



The other rooms are located on the first level. The first double room has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed and has direct access to the balcony, which has beautiful views of the beach. Next, between the two bedrooms, we find the bathroom fully equipped with a bathtub and hairdryer. Finally, the master bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub. The master bedroom also has a nice balcony and those wonderful views of the Cala Galdana beach, from the bed.



In the outdoor area we find a beautiful pool surrounded by hammocks, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs and a comfortable barbecue. The exterior of the house can be accessed from the main entrance through a path or directly from inside the villa.



Villa Mirador A is equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and in two of the main bedrooms and satellite television, two hair dryers, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, as well as all the mandatory equipment according to current legislation. Simply a comfortable and cozy villa close to all the amenities that the Cala Galdana resort offers and with spectacular views. Near the villa is the Floramar hotel, which offers shows for its guests during the season. The hours of these shows are from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO ARRIVE



from the Airport o Puerto de Mahón (35min):

1.Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2.After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3.You have to take the second exit and our office is located at the entrance, where it will generally be the meeting point with the host.

4.Take the second exit from the roundabout and get to Carrer de l’Ermità street nº 1, which is where the villa is located.



From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
