Spacious holiday home in a peaceful location on the Black Isle just a short walk from Culbokie. 3-bedroom detached house with large garden. Off-street parking, Wi-Fi included. Great family holiday home with easy access to the north Highland routes.



Black Rock cottage is just outside Culbokie, on the north side of the Black Isle. Just a few minutes’ walk or very short drive to the village where there is a small grocery store, post office and pub with restaurant. Inverness is the nearest city and is a 15-minute drive, the market town of Dingwall is 3 miles away, around a 10-minute drive.

Fantastic cottage

A great cottage tucked away in an absolutely stunning location in Culbokie. Stella has maintained a lovely cottage in a wonderful area... Cottage is spotless, very well stocked and gives a warm vibe. We had the opportunity to meet the gracious host during our stay... She's indeed a super host who goes out of her way to be helpful... Our children didn't want to return back! Very highly recommended for a great stay close to Inverness and the Northern Highlands. We will definitely return again. 5 stars.
