Gozo Leisure’s villa, Serenita, is located in the idyllic island of Gozo situated off the coast of Malta. It can accommodate up to twelve people and not only offers complete privacy and peaceful surroundings, but also provides various facilities to its guests.

This villa was designed both to satisfy the needs of those that want a luxury villa where to relax, together with those that prefer to stay in a Gozo Farmhouse, since it is rustically finished. This Gozo Villa boasts four large bedrooms, all of which are with en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms lead to a large terrace overlooking the good sized pool and spectacular countryside views that Gozo can offer, while the other two bedrooms overlook the Villa's elegant courtyard.

We are sure that this villa and it’s facilities will ensure that your holiday in Gozo is a truly relaxing, enjoyable and memorable one.

The villa is available at reasonable rates, depending on the duration of your holiday and the number of people.

Features and services include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, Digital Cable TV, Wireless internet, Large dining room, Jacuzzi bath, Washroom with washing machine, iron, ironing board and other necessities. Baby cot and highchair can be made available on request.

The Pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture and also a large barbecue.

Well-equipped, stony old village house in peaceful privacy

The 8 members of our three generation family all enjoyed a comfortable holiday week in Serenita, Xaghra, mid october. Sanitary adjacent to each bedroom was very appreciated. The whole island Gozo is easy at reach, with a car. Nice walks directly from the house to the near coast. The friendly owner, Ian Bonello, helped to solve small deficiencies immediately. On the groundfloor one spacious living room and kitchen and a nice, well enclosed inner court with a modest swimming pool and a barbecue. On the second floor a balcony with wide view over the whole island and on the roof even a wider view, with striking sunset.

Lovely holiday

Just spent a week here, it was lovely and we enjoyed it. Set in an alley (parking was not a problem) it offered us the peaceful days we were looking for. The ground floor bedroom was definitely a plus for us, as were the various ensuites and the front patio, which we really enjoyed. The children swings was an extra bonus for my kids.

Great Experience

my friends and I decided to visit Gozo and spent two nights in order to relax for the Easter holidays. we were intrigued straight away, when we spotted this farmhouse in the pictures and decided to book. apart from a very low price for such a beautiful farmhouse, the place was very clean and welcoming, and Mr Bonello, the owner, has been of extreme help throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this for any large groups between 10 - 14 people. the place is not hard to find and it's close to the centre where there are shops such as supermarkets etc. looking forward to visit soon! keep up the good work !

Wonderfully relaxing

We stayed between the Xmas and New Year period and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The owner put up a Christmas tree to help the festive season along and the fire place really warmed up the whole house. The house is clean and well looked after. Would recommend to anyone who wanted a nice and relaxed get away.

Great location in GOZO/ Bon séjour à Gozo

Bon séjour à Gozo. La villa est très bien située au centre de Gozo et à quelques minutes des principales plages de l'Ile. La maison est confortable et chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain. Quelques petits soucis à notre arrivée, mais Ian le propriétaire a été très réactif et s'est occupé de faire le nécessaire dès le lendemain de manière à rendre notre séjour le plus confortable possible. La piscine est indispensable à Gozo l'été et nous l'avons fortement appréciée.

Well located, spacious and comfortable property

We arrived in the evening, but we found everything well prepared for our visit. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The energy saving features, like solar panels, and solar heating will definitively appeal to the environmentally friendly. The pool is quite a good size, and although it was not quite the season for us to use it, it is definitely a good feature that sits well with this property. The bedrooms are spacious and well laid out. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, which provided us with privacy and that extra bit of comfort. There is a further bathroom (toilet) on the ground floor level, inside, as well as another bathroom (toilet) in the pool area. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, and look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks Ian, it was a weekend break to remember.

WONDERFUL AND PEACEFUL HOME

We stayed in this property last November for a relaxed week with friends and our kids (3 couples and 4 kids). As soon as we stepped into this house we knew that we had made the right choice. The house had a welcoming factor and the spacious layout was an added value. The kitchen/dining/living area is huge and looks over the lovely private pool. One of the bedrooms is conveniently situated downstairs which was great when kids needed a nap as we could easily keep an eye on them. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with either a shower or a bath and this enabled all families to have their own quarter in the house. The Villa is well maintained and equipped with all the necessities including an excellent wifi connection. We intend to return in summer for a peaceful summer getaway and to enjoy the outdoor pool area.

Why they chose this property

Gozo has always stunned me. Xaghra like other villages is quaint and undisturbed making it ideal for a quite relaxed holiday. The road where Villa Serenita is located leads down to a valley that goes all the way to Marsalforn.

The property is very well laid out. Entrance is through an elegant courtyard that leads into a large living and separate dining room adjacent to a kitchen. The dining and living room overlooks the pool area making it ideal to supervise kids.

The Villa has for large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms / showers. The largest bedroom is literally massive making it ideal for large families or group of friends.

What makes this property unique

As soon as I entered the house for the first time, i literally fell in love with the dining and living rooms overlooking the pool. The Villa is extremely spacious making it ideal for large families to go and have a great time together.

The entrance through the elegant courtyard makes everyone feel so very welcome!
