Lovely holiday home with pool in Pula This lovely holiday House Pjacal II is located in a quiet suburb of Pula (Valdebek) only 2km from the beaches. The house has only this apartment, so the pool and yard are only for the private use no other guests in the house. Restaurants and markets are at walking distance from the house (500m). The house is well maintained with a completed walled plot size of 800 sqm: swimming pool with sunloungers, two terraces with barbecue and one private parking space are at guests disposal. This is a holiday house of 180sqm with two floors. The ground floor is not in use. On the first floor is a living room, well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one shower/toilete. House Pjacal is ideal for one family or couples of friends that want to be near the center of Pula and near the beach on a very quiet location. The pool and the surrounding area is only for private use.
