This truly distinctive stone house has been recently converted into a villa. It is located in the middle of Le Marche countryside not far from the famous Sibillini Mountain National Park and the Riviera delle Palme sandy beaches. The internal furniture, combined with the overall shape of the building, gives Villa Monti a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The house is divided into three independent apartments with private entrances, all located on the ground floor, next to each other. It can be rented as a whole for extended families with children or for a group of friends. It offers three living rooms, three kitchens, five double bedded rooms and two single bedded rooms.

The first apartment offers a spacious living room with TV Sat, Wi-Fi, DVD and CD player, 3 sitting rooms with fire place, kitchen/dining areas with 4 stoves, oven, fridge, a dishwasher and one shower room with washing machine and equipped with ironing facilities.

The second apartment comprises a small living room, 4 double bedded rooms, one of those with en-suite shower, a single room and 2 shower rooms.

The third apartment offers a double bedded room, a single room and a shower room.

This property includes a private naturalistic trail which extends for about 1 km and where you could find some break areas with seats and tables for a lovely picnic al fresco, moreover there is the possibility to do trekking, jogging and mountain biking.

The outside area has a private swimming pool (5x2m, depth 1.2-1.5 metres), eating area with veranda and a barbecue.
