An ideal holiday home to enjoy a stay with family or friends, offering beautiful views of the surroundings.

The property has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning with hot/cold air pump, and another with two single beds. It also features 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The living room is comfortable all year round, with air conditioning for the summer months and a lovely fireplace for winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, fridge and all the necessary kitchenware.

One of the highlights of the house is its glazed porch, with large windows and lovely sea views, making it a perfect space to enjoy at any time of the year.

Outside, the house offers a private 6 x 3 metre swimming pool, a swing and a table tennis table, ideal for children’s entertainment. There is also a barbecue area and outdoor parking.

The access road is fully asphalted and includes curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und bot einen wunderschönen Blick über die Landschaft bis hin zum Meer! Viel Privatsphäre und eine ruhige Lage. Der Pool ist wunderschön und der Wintergarten bietet viel Platz. Es hätte aber etwas mehr Schattenplätze und bessere Gartenmöbel vertragen können.

Ein schönes Haus in den Bergen, zentral gelegen, wenn Sie verschiedene Wanderungen unternehmen möchten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist zum Beispiel die Wanderung am Fluss Nerja (Chillar). Abends können Sie auf der Veranda die Sonne genießen und bei schönem Wetter sogar Afrika sehen.
