The villa is equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, central heating, automatic gate.
In the garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium and Jacuzzi, there is also a barbecue for grilling and an outdoor bathroom complete with shower.

Completely fenced off, the villa has ample equipped outdoor spaces. Thepool area is surrounded by lawn and complemented by sun loungers as well as the therapeutic multi-person hot tub, with water also heated, perfect for any season.
The masonrybarbecue area makes it possible to prepare tasty outdoor grills. In the garden, there is also an outdoor bathroom complete with shower and ample space for cars.
The interiors of Villa Angi consist of modern and refined rooms, furnished with beautifully crafted furniture, and are introduced by a veranda with a wooden canopy, perfect for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into the living room with open kitchen and dining room. From here one goes to the twin bedroom with twin beds, from here to the hallway to the shower room and the master bedroom. The two simple bedrooms have striking barrel vaults with exposed stones. The shower room is complete. There is a video surveillance system.

Villa Angi stands in a residential area in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, in the direction of Francavilla. The center of San Vito is just 7 km away and there are all the main services.
The nearest town is San Michele Salentino, located about 2 km away. The Adriatic coast with its beautiful sandy beaches is less than 20 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mandatory midweek cleaning fee euro 75 per week to pay upon arrival.
- External and internal video surveillance system. 
- Jacuzzi hot tub (open from May to October) is available from 8 am until midnight, when it turns off automatically.
