Lovely rural getaway

The trullo was little but cool and had everything we needed. The air con in the bedrooms was very welcome and the pool was clean and well maintained. Our host was quick to reply to our emails if we needed anything and despite the language challenges was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Stay among the olive trees

Lovely traditional house in an olive garden, very relaxing and peaceful, well equipped kitchen, outdoor eating area under a canopy of vines, bbq, pizza oven and small swimming pool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Because of its secluded location there is no WiFi and mobile connection is not always possible.

A perfect little paradise amidst the olives

Trulli Monte Madre was a little slice of heaven. Visiting Italy meant coming to Puglia to reconnect with old friends and see the sights. The trulli sit on a tucked away property, filled with nothing but birdsong, olives and a lovely garden with colourful flowers. It was peaceful and well situated for visits to nearby towns and cities. The pool was magnificent and so was sitting out under the grape vines and sipping wine around the fire. Damiano our generous host gave suggestions and even pointed us to a butcher for a local delicacy we cooked on the fireplace courtesy of his traditional ceramic pot! The beds may be firm, a few mosquitoes and pack your Italian language phrasebook if you’re not Italian but we loved our stay and did not want to leave. Grazie mille Damiano e Trulli Monte Madre!

Très bon séjour, maison petite mais tres acceuillante avec plein de petites attentions des propriétaires. Située au calme, au milieu des oliviers. Et permet l'accès facile aux principales villes à visiter ( Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano A Mare etc...) Piscine 'privée' très agréable, mais à partager en cas d'autres locataires présents sur l'autre trulli sur la même période. Je recommande vivement pour des familles au calme en famille.

Wunderschöner Trulli mit gutem Pool in Olivenhain

Der Punkt "Kommunikation mit der Agentur" stimmt nicht, denn wir hatten keinerlei Kommunikation mit irgendeiner Agentur! Der Trulli war wie zwei andere eigenhändig vom Vermieter alleine gebaut worden. Ein Kunstwerk! Da wir die einzigen Mieter waren, eine herrliche Ruhe! Der Trulli in der Mitte des Stiefelabsatzes war ein guter Punkt zum sternförmigen Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war die Ausstattung lückenhaft. Es fehlten die Räder, die eigentlich ausschlaggebend für die Anmietung waren. Das SatellitenTV zeigte nur italienische Sender. Es fehlte ein Wohnzimmertisch und etliche Küchenutensilien: Kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, nur ein Weinglas, 3 Wassergläser, nur kleine Pfanne, die kleinen Töpfe waren alt, keine Schere, keine Schüssel, kein...... Aber ein Nudeln- und Saucenkorb als Willkommen und auch Marmelade und Zwieback und Gewürze. Schade, mit nur wenig Investition wäre der Aufenthalt sehr gut zu bewerten gewesen. Sehr sauber!

Trullo accogliente, spazioso e provvisto di tutto! Il sig. Damiano è stato molto disponibile nel darci le indicazioni sul posto che gli abbiamo chiesto. Posto molto tranquillo, ottimo per stare lontano dalla folla.

Séjour reposant en famille

Pour l’arrivée surtout utiliser Google Maps : trulli montemadre. Autrement vous serez perdu sans connexion. Heureusement que Damiano est venu nous chercher. La description est respectée, le trullo est propre bien entretenu avec du mobilier ancien. La climatisation est suffisante. Piscine bien entretenue, agréable au milieu du domaine. Le potager et le verger sont mis à disposition pour notre consommation. Seuls bémols : les mouches qui nous ont empêché de profiter de déjeuner dehors ( notre hôte ni peut rien, il y a un élevage), pas de wifi et la connexion est très aléatoire (pour organiser les visites sur place s’est compliqué) Damiano est serviable, partage les bonnes adresses.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

We had such a wonderful time at Trulli Monte Madre! Damiano is a gracious host and was there for any questions we had. The property is gorgeous and very relaxing out in the olive groves. Exploring the surrounding towns was quite fun and nothing is very far away to see! We highly recommend booking this property if you want a truly relaxing vacation. Ci siamo trovati così tanto a Trulli Monte Madre! Damiano è un padrone di casa gentile ed era lì per tutte le domande che avevamo. La struttura è stupenda e molto rilassante negli uliveti. Esplorare le città circostanti è stato abbastanza divertente e niente è molto lontano da vedere! Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare questa struttura se si desidera una vacanza veramente rilassante.
