The Little White Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, a utility/cloakroom with washing machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with a TV & Freeview and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a twin, serviced by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Outside there is a garden and tennis court, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Little White Cottage is a wonderful escape in Oxfordshire. Note: There are two steps up to the bedroom areas. Please note: Building work will be starting at the property next door from end of June. Please note: This property does NOT accept worker bookings

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: Milton-Under-Wychwood is a village and civil parish in West Oxfordshire. The village has one pub called The Hare which is a gastropub. Wychwood public library is located in a converted shop. Local attractions are Foxholes Nature Reserve, Wychwood Wild Garden park and for those interested in outdoor activities The Wychwood Golf Club, all within a few miles of the village. For the art enthusiasts look to Tosley Museum housed in the early Tudor market building, famous for its doll’s houses and large photographic collections. Also nearby is the St Nicholas Church, which is the resting place of the designer of the Forth Rail Bridge, Sir Benjamin Baker. Little has survived of the Norman church except its ornate north doorway. Milton-Under-Wychwood is 4 miles north of Burford and 7 miles south of Chipping Norton.

Great location in Cotswolds with tennis

We are repeat guests and think this is a great base. Quiet secluded location. Plus we make good use of the outdoor tennis court!

Sehr schönes Cottage, liebevoll eingerichtet, klein aber fein. Als es Probleme mit der Heizung gab, war der Besitzer kurz drauf da und hat alles geregelt. Das Haus liegt auf einem größeren Grundstück mit vielen alten Bäumen, sehr romantisch. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern etwas eng. Wer einmal in einem alten englischen Cottage wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden es gerne wieder tun
