Beautiful, peaceful location with fabulous views. Ideal for families and friends.
The village of Ys is on the north side of Pleney, halfway between Morzine and Les Gets.
This 3rd floor 56m2 (total 90m2) flat is on 2 floors: lower floor: open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Separate toilet, shower room, and bedroom with double or twin beds; upper floor: twin bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet, and double or twin bedroom.
Private parking for 2 vehicles and large storage cave.

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family - 3 x couples. Great apartment, central for access for Les Gets, Morzine and Avoriaz. We would return! Thanks very much!

Biking base

This place was great, however we booked for 6 adults and i would suggest the 3rd bedroom is more suited to small kids Other than that it was well equipped and a great view. Theres no walking route into either town along the main road

Mooi appartement vlakbij piste B

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in het appartement. Het appartement ligt tussen Les Gets en Morzine in. Wanneer je de weg waaraan het appartement ligt verder afrijdt kom je na een paar 100 meter op een parkeerplaats voor 50 auto's. Daar vandaan stap je zo op de piste naar Morzine. Wij hadden in het begin weinig sneeuw en ook toen was dat mogelijk. Dus ideaal. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden, mooie keuken. Leuk is dat er ook een kaasfondueset aanwezig is. De verhuurder is goed bereikbaar bij vragen.
