Casa Negril is the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a practical stay in the heart of Albufeira, ideal for families or groups wanting to explore the city and its beaches.



The ground floor living room offers a cozy and functional atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, providing privacy and comfort.



On the first floor, the living room creates a bright and relaxing space, accompanied by two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, offering a peaceful and comfortable area for all guests.



The kitchens are fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare meals conveniently and independently.



Outside, the terrace offers a pleasant outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the sun and views over the city and Praia dos Pescadores. Casa Negril is located in Albufeira’s historic center, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and the vibrant city life.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €400 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

We had a great time location was great. We had 9 adults everyone had a bed and one on the coach. High light was the deck on the roof great stop for sun, drinks and snacks. A great space. Martin was great. He set up a trip to Silves for 9. It was the best day with our 2 guides Vanda and Vasques sorry if I spelted his name wrong.
