The spacious living room is bright and inviting, ideal for socializing and relaxing. The villa features one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with en suite showers and one twin bedroom, complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals easily while enjoying the panoramic sea view.



Outside, the villa offers a heatable pool (extra cost) and a barbecue area, providing the perfect setting for leisure and outdoor dining. The terraces are ideal for enjoying the sunset and relaxing in the open air.



Located next to a nature reserve and very close to the best beaches and restaurants in Albufeira, the villa combines tranquility, nature and easy access to everything the area has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Comfortable, a great holiday villa!

This is a good villa for both smaller or larger groups. The rep was very helpful and always responded immediately when contacted. The villa was lovely and clean, spacious and room for the eight of us travelling. Eating out was cheap and the fish was always good quality and value. There are lots of beaches to explore,so many places to eat my favorite was the old town, Gale beach bar and restaurants a must and for the evening sunset. We will definitely be taking a trip back to the Algarve hopefully yearly.

Property generally good in a great location. Beds/mattresses could be better. Shortage of glasses but additional ones were provided on request. Outdoor area lacked shade and parossol was broken. Shade needs replacement for high summer

nice house with light and shadow

we have booked "Villa Saint John" for a one week vacation with 9 person (4 adults / 5 kids) Communication with local representative was easy and entering the house as well. At our arrival at late evening we found the house in a not perfect condiction. There has been a strong smell in some of the bathroom and the rest of the house seamed to need a urgent ventilation. Floors had not been really clean and we found hairs and dirt spots in the beds! After one hour of cleaning it was ok. Bedise that we had technical issues: one shower head was defect, one door knob was dfective, soil pipe of the kitchen sink was leaking. We reported this issued to the local office and all was handled within 24 hours. Generally speaking this is a nice house on a great spot. View from terasse is great and all rooms offer enough space for a huge group of people. The pool is huge enough to have fun and the sun deck is equiped with sunloungers and parasols. Some of the house facilities are pretty worn and it would be good to have replacement to make a stay there more enjoyable.

A estadia foi boa. A casa necessita de revisão: não consegui abrir a porta de ferro da entrada pelo que utilizamos sempre o portão cuja fechadura estava avariada, funcionando apenas com chave; a fechadura da porta da cozinha para a sala está avariada, situação potencialmente perigosa porque se a porta da rua da cozinha estiver fachada e a chave estiver na cozinha, não se tem acesso à cozinha. O colchão da cama suplementar é muito mau, é um colchão de molas em vez de espuma, colocado dobrado num divã de armar.
