As soon as you open the main entrance door, the living room with cathedral ceiling, new fan, new furniture, new windows coverings is inviting you to relax, lay down on the couch or the leather reclining chair, and watching your favorite show or movie on the brand new 55” smart TV.
The open concept house gives you unrestricted access to the newly remodeled kitchen (July 2020) fully equipped with new appliances (new stove, microwave, dish washer, Reverse Osmosis Water System) and the invitation for a cool drink and the home made meal is right there. You have all the tools you need.
On your way to the pool, you can stop in the oversize lanai with a sofa sleeper, a desk where you can connect you portable device to the free Wi Fi network. For added privacy all the lanai windows have new coverings.
The custom made heated pool is inviting you for a splash as soon as you open the door. The pool deck has been remodeled in May 2018 with brand new thin pavers. The pool enclosure also provides you a BBQ grill and a patio table and chairs, and also two inviting "chaise lounge" chairs.
When ready for a good night sleep the master bedroom offers you a brand new King Size bed, new mattress, new TV, private bathroom, walk in closet with lots of shelf and storage.
The guest bedroom offers a Queen Size bed, two night tables, a drawer chest , and also a closet with ample storage and new TV.(new furniture 2020)
The two bathrooms have been completely remodeled; new ceramic floors, new vanities, new mirrors and lights, new shower door for the master bedroom bath.

Feeling energized to go for a bike ride around the neighborhood or on the bike trails around Venice, the two new bikes are waiting for you .
This home has a Brand New Water System installed, which provides you with perfect quality water.
The City of Venice offers you lots of opportunities to spend some quality time with friends and family. The beautiful downtown Venice has a display of specialized shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful beaches surrounds the City of Venice; Venice Beach (easy access from downtown), Casperson Beach, Englewood Beach, and for your FURRY FRIEND the specially designed Brohard Paw Park Beach. The use of POLL HEATER is optional. It will be enable at the GUEST REQUEST. The additional pool heater fee would be $25.00 DAILY.

The pool heater fee will be added ( if desired), to the last payment. (30 days prior to the guest arrival).
Only number of people/pets shown on the inquiry and paid for can stay at the property! $500 penalty applies otherwise!
Guest that will bring a pet it will be $15 per day, if you bring more than one pet you need to pay $15 per pet per day.


NOTE: The property is NOT damaged by the hurricane. You can still come and stay at the property.


NOTE: The host wants the property to be booked for the whole month of January 2026 as one booking. So, if you're planning to book it in January 2026 , make sure you're booking it for the whole month.
