Comprising independent entrance into the living-kitchen area equipped with everything you need for cooking, table with 4 chairs, two-seater sofa convertible into a comfortable single bed;
double bedroom with double bed, three-door wardrobe, Smart-tv and Wi-fi; en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, washer-dryer and hairdryer.
Small covered terrace with pilozza.
The accommodation is equipped with heating and air-conditioning and you can also recharge your electric car via a charging station.
Central location within walking distance of the centre and public transport, the bus stops are about 200 metres away, there is a café-bakery and free parking nearby.
