Sea In Siracusa - Ognina 2 - Villa on the sea
Villa surrounded by greenery, in the Gulf of Ognina, opposite the islet and a few meters from the beach.
The inlet on which the adjacent Borgo Marinaro insists, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, allows the mooring and rental of boats.
The villa is composed of:
Three bedrooms (2 + 2 + 3 + camping cot), large dining room and living room overlooking the large veranda equipped with wooden garden furniture and bordering the Gulf of Ognina.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi system.
The kitchen is equipped with a static ventilated oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, espresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking and tasting the dishes.
Services:
two bathrooms complete with shower and external shower with hot water (much appreciated).
Laundry / closet, washing machine, drying rack, support shelves.
Large private indoor parking.
Excellent location for hiking, sport fishing, snorkeling.
Adjacent to the nature reserve of the Plemmirio, a few km from Syracuse, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, well connected to the Statale 115 and the Catania-Siracusa-Gela highway.
