About this property

2 bedroom condo located in an Oceanfront building with gorgeous ocean views. Our condo is on the second floor and is fully furnished (linens and towels are optional for extra charge) allowing for all the comforts of home while you are vacationing at the beach. The condo is equipped with ceiling fans and TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Master bedroom has private bathroom, king size bed and balcony access. 2nd bedroom provides two single beds. There is a sleeper sofa with queen size bed. Free Wifi and also washer/dryer in the unit.
The balcony is a great space to enjoy the ocean views and relax. Or head down to the pool and splash around. We do provide beach chairs for your convenience.
Condo is located in Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It is within walking distance of Barefoot Landing, a short drive to plenty of restaurants and minutes from shopping and golfing!

*July and Aug are Saturday-Saturday rentals only.
*HOA bylaws prohibit motorcycles, rv’s and campers from the parking at the building.

Absolutely loved this rental!

Our stay was amazing! The host , Jennifer, was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. She made our stay worry free! If you’re looking for a quiet place that is family friendly this is it. We found lots of sea shells and the kids had so much fun on the beach. If we ever come back to Myrtle beach this is where we will stay!

GREAT PLACE

Awesome little get away spot. This was just what we needed for our family. Location was amazing and being located right on the beach made our trip so much better. Jenn was amazing to deal with and was more than accommodating with everything that we needed.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Amazing Vacation

The condo was clean and well put together. There was more than enough space for all of us. The pool was so nice and clean. Walking distance to the ocean which made our vacation even better.

The condo decor was very pleasing/appealing. Stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, pool noodles, grill and all kitchen needs! All beds were very comfortable! Spent mornings & evenings on the balcony & time on beach & pool! Close to entertainment & restaurants! Would definitely stay again! The worst part is the steps, but they are well maintained

Cozy and Quaint

My husband I needed child free get a way. This condo was perfect for the few days we stayed at the beach. The only issues was that the master bath and shower was extremely small.

Horrible, got scammed out of my money.

Property had a sign on the sliding door to not use the balcony due to it being deemed unsafe by an engineer. Dusty and moldy smelling. Could not stay there at all. Host did not refund our money. Had to pay to stay elsewhere. Would be nice if I could upload the picture showing the danger, do not use balcony sign.

Perfect for our needs

The location of the balcony and views compared to surrounding condos gave me a pleasant surprise when I saw it in person. The listing and pics are spot on but the view was so much better in person! The little time we spent at this condo was spent out on the balcony enjoying it. The pool was also huge, and my family loved it. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly have wanted, from kitchen utensils and counter space, to the in-unit washer/dryer, to beach accessories. We had no problems with parking, and it was very accessible to everything in Myrtle.

Summer Vacation 2022

We did experience one problem, the Linens and Towels were not left from cleaning crew. However with a call to the owner she made arrangements to fix the problem and just like that all was taken care of! Love the quickness! Thank you Jeff

This condo was everything we expected and was very comfortable.

We highly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was steps to the beach and the pool was very nice. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and she made the condo feel like home.

Everything we wanted and more

Condo is very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect. It was close to all of the activities we planned so we didn’t have to worry about traffic. My little one loved swimming in the pool and being right on the beach. Easy check in process. Not one hiccup the whole week! Jennifer is super helpful and definitely a premier host!

Great condo

This condo was great. The location was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool. Anything we needed the owner was quick with reply and very nice :). Definitely would stay here again and recommend it.

Great Perfect Location

Me and my 3 sisters went for a girl's short trip to the beach. We felt safe staying here with no men with us. It is a short walk to the beach, they provided chairs and a cooler for us to use on the beach. Not having to pack beach chairs was a huge plus, they take up way too much space when packing. Jennifer was also quick to respond and very nice to deal with. We hope to make this a yearly trip and stay here again. This was very clean up to date condo and cleanlineness is most important! Only downside was no elevator but we managed..

Great place for family!

We had a great visit. This place would be good for a few days or a few weeks! It is very family friendly and close to the beach. We could sit outside and see the ocean or walk down in minutes. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll be back!
