Olive Hill Villa is a newly built luxury residence located in a peaceful setting in the village of Aggeliana, surrounded by olive trees and Cretan countryside. Just 4.7 km away lies the sandy beach of the seaside village of Panormos, where you can swim, dine, and enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere.



The villa offers the perfect balance between modern comfort and natural beauty. Designed in a minimalist yet warm style, it features bright spaces, carefully selected furniture, and a soothing color palette that creates an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.



The bright living room connects seamlessly with the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals together. All five bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and high-quality linens. On the lower floor, there is a playroom with a billiard table, PlayStation, a full bathroom, and a double sofa bed for two additional guests. The villa comfortably accommodates twelve guests.

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated, so the water temperature depends on weather conditions. Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.



Olive Hill Villa is located in Aggeliana Village, a charming lowland village in the prefecture of Rethymno, just 22 km from Rethymno town, on the road leading to Perama and the seaside village of Panormos. At an altitude of only 90 meters, Aggeliana is known for its traditional character and natural beauty.



The villa is within a short distance of a small supermarket (600 m) and two local taverns (500 m and 1.2 km). In nearby Perama, just 2.5 km away, you’ll find more shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The seaside village of Panormos, with its sandy beach, restaurants, and shops, is only 5 km away.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
