Family Beach, Pool, Bay View on Sunset Beach

Location, Location, Location. Perfect spot for a couple or small family to enjoy a awesome beach vacation. Out updated 2-bedroom condo comes completely furnished with new furniture, floors, flat screen TV's and Free Wi-Fi. Beautiful views of the sunrises over the bay in the morning and spectacular sunsets over the gulf in the evenings. The beach is only 50 steps from the swimming pool, across a quiet residential street with our own private gate access. There is a fishing pier on the bay side of the property and picnic tables and gas grill. A great spot to spot dolphins, manatees and sport fish. We have a nice view of the bay from our front door and living room.
Come and relax at our piece of paradise. Completely furnished with towels, beach chairs, cooler and more. Just bring a smile and personal items.

Perfect Treasure Island Spot

We stayed for a week & can’t wait to come back! This property has everything you will need for a great week at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler! The view of the water was great, you can watch the dolphins every day. The walk to beach is just across the street, close to Caddy’s too! The pool was clean, plenty of chairs for relaxing in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen has everything you’ll need! This is a great spot! The owner was excellent as far as communication and so accommodating! Truly an excellent experience!

Where do I start? We loved everything about this condo. The location, the neighbors, the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was so much better then we already knew it would be. The condo had everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had. We will be back!

Awesome Loacation

Loved the location and the view of the bay! Beach was awesome and just a short walk across the street. Ka tiki was always fun and just a short walk down the street. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet vacation on the beach.

Best vacation ever

We are not new renting apartments for a vacation through VRBO but it is hard to truly know if the location good. This location is perfect! The beach is right across the street from the condo. Out of all the vacations we took this was the most memorable. We spend most of our time hunting for shells in the ocean and came back home with the large box of treasures! The water was so nice that we were able to stay in the water for 4 hours straight without being cold. I am not sure if we were lucky or if it is specific to the location but we sure enjoyed it, A LOT! The condo is very clean with the comfortable beds. It has beach equipment if anyone would like it. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfect despite the 101F heat. The kitchen is not big but it was sufficient for the family of 4. The host provided plenty of kitchenware to cook about anything one desires. We chose to get ready meals at Publix that was just 1 mi away and enjoy local cooking. I am highly recommend this condo!

End of summer

We had a great time at the condo, it's super convenient to anything you could want to do. The beach is directly across the street, the pool is maintained every morning and fishing is steps away on the dock. The owners were easy to communicate with and more than helpful, made the check-in/checkout process extremely easy and the condo has everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great little condo off the beaten path

This 2 bedroom was just right for a family of 3. View out the front door of the canal was very pretty...wish there were big picture windows. Pool was big and nice...and just across a quiet street was a beautiful beach. Had everything we needed. Thank you!

Nine great days at the beach

The 2 bedroom unit is clean and well maintained with fresh paint and new laminate flooring. The condo grounds are clean and well maintained. The condos are in a residential area that is not touristy and is much quieter than the main strip. The beach is fantastic and we saw plenty of wildlife. The owner , Gayl is easy to contact and helpful. There are dozens of restaurants within a reasonable walk as well as a Publix and Walgreens. I had a relaxing vacation in a fabulous, beach community and I will return in 2020.

My family really enjoyed our stay, the condo was super clean and so was the entire property. Everything appeared well maintained. The pool was close and the beach was just over a minute away. The area itself was quiet and beautiful, the beaches were clean and never crowded. The tiki bar down the street was pretty nice and only a five minute walk. Overall it was an excellent stay for us.

The location was perfect - SO close to the beach and having a pool was just an added bonus. We love the quiet atmosphere in Sunset Beach. This condo was awesome and stocked with everything you could possibly need - all you have to do is supply is the fun. Gayl was so great to work with and answered all my questions before we arrived. The second bedroom with twin beds was spacious and our granddaughters loved it. We can’t wait to return to both the beach and this condo.

Beauty near Sunset Beach

This is our favorite condo on Treasure Island!! Perfect location, always spotless, all the amenities you could possibly want or need for a beach vacation! You have Bay side on one side and the ocean on the other. Sunset Beach has the prettiest sunsets around!!!! We love coming to Treasure Island once a year and absolutely LOVE this condo!! Highly recommend and the owner Gayle is amazing to work with!!!!

Well kept and fabulous property. Great location.

Fabulous condo surrounded by water. Steps to the gulf right on the inland waters. Very clean and updated 2 bedroom unit with all the needs for a great holiday. 2nd floor location on a peninsula and dead end road away from the busy traffic. Pool has just been updated to code with lots of chairs and loungers. Just down the road within walking distance are 2 fabulous pubs that are well know in the area and offer the best in live entertainment. Sunsets are the best and the beach has just been restored by the US Army core of engineers. We look forward to many more years here.
