Porto Cervo, Felice house with sea view
The house overlooks a beautiful bay, 2 steps from the center with restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife venues. The beaches of "Piccolo e grande Pevero" "Capriccioli" "Romazzino" etc. they can be reached in a few minutes by car. You will appreciate, in addition to the magnificent sea view, the tranquility of the area, the outdoor spaces of the 2 terraces, which also make it suitable for families with children.
The very comfortable house has inside a living-dining room, an equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, and the wonderful terrace overlooking the bay. The parking space is in front of the house. You can use the shared swimming pool (generally open from 01 June to 30 September) and the small beach below, also much appreciated by families with children.
