Villa Le Rocce was conceived to make the most of the holidays on the Costa Smeralda, with breathtaking views of the islands.
The semi-detached Villa is a wedding favor, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette, and living room with double sofa bed, an area that can be closed with curtains to create more privacy.
Air conditioning, TV in all rooms.
Covered veranda with lounge and dining area, TV and air conditioning.
Outside: a sail creates a shaded outdoor area for the outside lounge / dining area. Swimming pool with splendid view (manual oxygen pool) swimming pool cleaning included twice a week.
A shower with hot water set in the rock, near the ideal swimming pool when returning from the beach or after the day in the swimming pool. 4 very comfortable sun loungers for one and a half, and 2 normal-sized beds.
Outdoor bbq area with 4 burners and sink for more comfortable and summer lunches and dinners.
Outside toilet.
Entrance to the Villa with electric gate. Uncovered parking spaces for 5 cars. The property is completely fenced. Small garden. The road to get there is paved.

This Villa make our trip to porto cervo so special

Perfect Villa just 6 min driving to porto cervo downtown where are all shops, restaurants and lounges. Also, 15 mins or less driving from all beach clubs as well. Villa was perfect for us 4 girls, clean tidy and Claudia welcomed us with open arms, actually she helped us with most of our reservations and she is always available when ever we want something, easy and fast communication. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great pool area. The house was spectacular and looked much more beautiful in reality, 100% would recommend stay here.

Perfect accommodations, zen vibe, gorgeous property and view

We are a family of 5 that frequently rent villas with VRBO and we research our choices very thoroughly. We were absolutely blown away when the gates to this property opened up to reveal a very unique, tastefully designed indoor and exterior environment. The pool and lounging area were very comfortable and well appointed. The view of the ocean and surrounding mountains was spectacular. Claudia, the property manager was an absolute GEM! Her recommendations for beaches, restraurants were spot. She was so easy to reach, her response time was almost immediate, It was like having a private concierge service that tried to spoil us. She was hospitable, sweet and extremely professional. The house itself was very comfortable, we have no negative comments. Air conditioning was extremely effective. One should point out that there is a single, but very functional indoor bathroom and shower, but in combination with very useful outdoor shower facility and bathroom. We will remember this stay for many years to come as one of our favourite rentals. The location was a 15 minute drive to Porto Cervo and beautiful beaches in the area. 30 mintues to Porto Rotundo. Very well located. Grocery store was 5 to 10 minute drive. Highly recommed local cafe - Sa Conca Cafe... divine sandwiches/pizza/coffee (a local favourite).

Grandiose Villa

Die Eigentümerin war ausgesprochen lieb und nett! Trotz unserer Verspätung auf den Abend von ca 20 Uhr Ankunft zu ca 23 Uhr Ankunft wurden wir herzlich und absolut freundlich begrüßt! Es wurde uns trotz der späten Stunde alles ausführlich und zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit erklärt! Die Eigentümerin war auch bei fragen zu jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und gab uns sogar tips und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge! Das Haus war sauber grandios ein und ausgestattet! Wir empfanden es schöner und besser live als aus der Beschreibung und den Bildern! Und ich Maße mir an zu wissen wovon ich spreche, da ich vor 1,5 Jahren in einem Luxus Resort auf den Malediven war! Es blieben keine wünsche offen! Nur der Backofen in der Küche war etwas veraltet aber war sauber und tat das was er sollte!

Grazie Sebastian siamo molto contenti che siete stati bene e noi siamo felici di avervi ospitato e speriamo di potervi accogliere in futuro. Il forno dentro casa è un combinato a gas con i fornelli, poi c'è un altro forno fuori nella zona bbq, che in estate è più facile da usare, veloce e raggiunge anche 300 gradi di temperatura. Abbiamo già pensato di cambiare il forno dentro casa con uno elettrico ed è stato ordinato ma non è ancora disponibile, purtroppo in questo periodo ci sono attese per materiali e prodotti, in ogni caso quello all'interno è come hai detto anche tu pulito e ben funzionante. Quindi ti aspettiamo di nuovo a Villa Le Rocce per provare il forno nuovo. A presto

Beautiful villa with private pool and stunning view

Perfect location for holidays with family. We spent 10 days at this villa and we didn’t want to leave! The accommodation has everything what you need and stunning view. Claudia is a great helpful host! Great location as a ten min drive to beautiful beaches nearby. Totally recommended!

Cinque stelle non sono abbastanza per un angolo di paradiso e di privacy come Villa Le Rocce. La casa è bellissima, pulita, tenuta perfettamente, con una vista davvero mozzafiato, ideale tanto per le coppie in cerca di privacy che per le famiglie con bambini, che possono giocare in piscina, che per gruppi di amici, che possono sfruttare anche l’area barbecue. L’area esterna è fruibile a tutte le ore del giorno grazie all’ampia copertura. La veranda climatizzata coi vetri scorrevoli garantisce il massimo comfort in ogni situazione. Il silenzio, la vista diurna e l’illuminazione notturna completano l’atmosfera magica della location. Se ciò non bastasse, Claudia è una host attentissima, precisa, che ha una cura eccezionale per la casa e per i suoi ospiti. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci è anche capitato di avere un’emergenza e Claudia ci ha aiutato concretamente fornendoci ogni contatto e ogni servizio necessario. In una parola: eccezionale! Ci torneremo di sicuro alla prima occasione.

Beatiful villa on hill

We spent two weeks in this villa and enjoyed it a lot. The villa has a fantastic view on a hill and is clean, well equipped, and very beautifully furnished - actually nicer than on pictures. It is perfect for enjoying a holiday in Sardinia. Only a few minutes’ drive to food shops, cafés and restaurants in the area, and many beautiful beaches. We are a family of four and our kids of 5 and 8 years enjoyed the pool a lot, and we enjoyed the nice sofas both inside and outside. The wifi worked well which was good for kids internet playing. The house has two bedrooms and is therefore perfect for a small family. The host, Claudia, gave us very good service and was available to arrange wine yard tours, and was always available for good advice, etc. There is a lot of interesting areas to visit in the area, such as beaches, restaurants of all types - cheap to expensive, shopping, boat rentals, cute villages such as Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Palau, the island La Maddalena, etc. Car is needed. We would definitely consider going back.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Just spent the last week staying in a beautifully furnished villa just outside Abbiadori, Sardinia. Set in the hills this villa has stunning views over the sea and is an idyllic location for those wanted a bit of tranquility. Very well equipped and immaculately clean. Ideal for 2/4 people but can sleep 6. Fantastic pool and outside area with large 'double bed' style loungers. The large seating area, shaded with a canopy, is a lovely place to eat, read and have some respite from the sun. A car is a necessity however a choice of three supermarkets are only 5 minutes down the road and the beautiful Porto Cervo is only 15 minutes away.

Beautiful House with a stunning view

We had like the best vacation ever! We were a group of 6 girls and we had no trouble with the space- 2 bedrooms and the other "room" with the sofa is totally fine. Claudia organized every single detail perfect and we felt very safe during our trip. We could contact Claudia for any further questions and she reacted immediatly. The house is as pretty as on the pictures- thats the most important thing and we had a great vacation! Thanks a lot!

Wonderful place and very friendly property manager

We stayed at Villa Rocce this July and we had a wonderful time. It is a very nicely decorated villa with a stunning view over the valley and sea. The pool is really nice and was always cleaned by a very friendly staff and also the sun deck chairs next to it were perfect for staying in the sun. The property manager Claudia is a very caring person and made us feel at home right away. She was always there when we needed anything and was a great help to us. They are very sweet and friendly people and invited us for breakfast and on a trip to a vinery. She also was there if we would have liked to go on a boat trip or visit some of the ancient places in Sardegna. We could not have asked for more - so thank you so much Claudia!!! You are great!! The house is very neat and clean with everything we needed: a very comfortable and neat place to eat outside and one also inside, a nice hammock, a grill place and the sun beds with the view over the valley are more than perfect. The shops are very close by and a great café to take breakfast and drink a coffee as well. The house is located perfectly for people who want to go to the beaches and to Porto Cervo and sill want a quite and relaxing place. We had a wonderful time and loved staying in the house and we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Villa Rocce!!

We stayed in Villa Rocce for one week with our three children, ages 10, 7 and 6. We had the most amazing time, the villa is beautiful and the outside living area is an amazing place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The views are breathtaking and the villa is secluded so you feel far away from the rest of the world. The villa itself is nicely decorated and very clean. The internal living space is small but we didn't spend much time in it so it didn't bother us at all. The villa is very close to Porto Cervo and many amenities including pizzerias, gelato, and ice supermarket. This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in because it has everything you want, location, views, well decorated etc. The best part of the villa is Claudia who manages the villa. She and her partner are so warm and welcoming, they help you with anything you need and looked after us like we were family. Claudia arranged a lovely tour for us around the Magdalena islands, a visit to a local vineyard, and also booked many lovely restaurants for us. She also escorted us to places so that we didn't get lost. I have never taken the time to review a villa before but this villa and Claudia are so special, I can't praise them enough. We will definitely go back some day!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We just recently came back from our beautiful holiday in Sardinia and already dreaming about going back!! We heard a lot about Sardinia being one of the prettiest islands in Europe, but no one we know closely has ever been there so we didn't have much advice with location or accomodation. I believe everyone knows how much time it takes to look through hundreads and hundreads of options on Internet to find something just right for your holiday, but this time it was more then right it was perfect! Villa Le Rocce is absolutely beautiful! Very private, very clean, well furnished, with absolutely stunning views! Pool was a true joy to our 11 and 6 y olds:) everything we could think of it was there! We ended up spending a lot of time in, admiring breathtaking views, listening Italian music by the pool and having best pizza take away:) Claudia was fantastic! Very professional, extremely attentive, with best offers of local activities! Boat trip she organised for us was a true highlight! It is a little more paper work to book this villa from what we had before but it is million times worth it! Kids already asking when are we going again ( it's been only 3 days since we back:)

Perfect

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa .. We spend allot of time researching for exactly what we needed and wanted and this villa definatly fit the bill. We were greeted by Claudia the property manager whom made us feel right at home. We arrived late and had 2 small children and she stocked the fridged for us so we didn't shove to worry about breakfast in the am. The house was the perfect size for us beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was also very clean. The pool was cleaned twice a week and Claudia was there to answer any of our questions and help us plan some excursions. I would recommend this villa and we hope to visit again sometime soon . Thank you Claudia :)

Even better than in the pictures!

My husband and I, along with our three young boys (and nanny) spent an idyllic week here in July 2014. The villa itself is immaculately kept and the furniture and decorations are very sophisticated and chic. The outdoor area is beautifully done. The view is simply unbeatable, and the outdoor day beds and the large dining table saw us outdoors from sun up to sun down. I have hired many many villas, but I have to say none have come with a professional like Claudia! She ensured that our arrival and departure were seamless and couldn't have done more for us during the stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and her services to my friends and I am sure we will return again, this villa was a fabulous base for a wonderful family holiday. Thank you Claudia.

Honeymoon heaven

We have just returned from an amazing 9 nights in the beautiful Villa Rocce, Port Cervo, Sardinia. We had an amazing time on the island and the villa is just gorgeous, it made our honeymoon that extra bit special. Claudia Iantosca whom we dealt with throughout the whole booking process is a fantastic agent and her love of Sardinia shows. She was so kind to us and organised a boat trip to remember forever and a trip to a local Vineyard like no other that as a tourist we would never have found, it was so beautiful. We intend going back to explore the island in the near future and would only go with Claudia who in the consummate professional, so if you want a villa/apartment you can book with her in confidence. Please don't be put off as there are horror stories of scams people turning up and no booking. We had absolutely no problem and website warn of such things and how to avoid the pitfalls, so follow their instructions and go with Claudia you won't regret it!!
