Tolles Objekt, vielleicht sollte man in nächster Zukunft die Möbel modernisieren aber nur als Anmerkung. Fantastische Lage, ruhig, sehr schöner Garten, leider waren zu viele Wespen, aber das ist der Natur geschuldet. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Vacanza perfetta

La casa del Sig Giuseppe è esattamente ciò che cercavo, vicinissima al centro raggiungibile a piedi, un bellissimo prato dove i bambini potevano giocare, piscina quasi sempre solo per noi, uno spazioso patio dove mangiare e chiacchierare. Inoltre il Sig Giuseppe sempre disponibile e cortese.

Sehr angenehm, jedoch für öfter ist uns der Nachbar zu nahe! Einrichtung optimal! Das kl. Zimmer ist max. für eine Person möglich! Ein Kasten wäre im kl. Zimmer besser anstatt ein Stockbett! Die Ruhe in der Nacht war super!!

Grazie Home Away! Il nostro soggiorno ha superato le più rosee aspettative. Raramente lascio recensioni ma questo soggiorno merita così tanto che faccio strappo alla regola! Bella villa, curata nei minimi dettagli, completa di tutti i comfort. La vista mare è eccezionale e si gode sia dalla camera padronale, sia dal soggiorno, ma soprattutto dall'ampio patio, godibilissimo. La piscina ci ha permesso di rilassarci e goderci la vista meravigliosa senza dovere sempre recarci in spiaggia. Il giardino intorno perfetto per il sole e il relax. Belli e sofisticati gli arredamenti, non tipici delle ville in affitto. La Consiglio

casa arredata con classe ed eleganza, pulitissima ed ordinatissima, con una governante (rosalba ) che e' stata bravissima (anche se il suo costo era extra). Piscina ,tranquilla e poco frequentata, con vista bellissima sul porto vecchio. Immerso nella tranquillita' e silenzio, me se esci in due minuti ti trovi nel centro di porto cervo con negozi, ristoranti e locali. top!

very beautiful

We spent a week to see the rolex cup.Property is near the port but really quiet. In reality it is' even more beautiful than the pictures. Unfortunately we used very few the pool, which has a wonderful view (we have followed the races) . Property really advisable, with a single memo :the housekeeper who follows the house does not speak English

appartamento di altissimo livello, arredi eleganti e confortevoli, 3 belle matrimoniali ed una quarta camera con letti singoli adatta ai figli. esiste anche una piccola camera con bagno per i domestici con entrata separata. la parte piu bella e' il patio con grande zona relax e vista sulla piscina e mare. la piscina e' molto tranquilla pur essendo in comune con 6-7 appartamenti. vista mozzafiato sul mare e porto dal bordo piscina

Lovely Location

Matched up to the photo's, lovely apartment. Giuseppe was helpful in answering our questions and supplied information on shopping, restaurants and activities before we travelled. Out of the main season a good price for a good quality property. Within easy walking distance of the village and old harbour. Would recommend for a good family holiday.

la grande bellezza

l'italia e' davvero una paese unico,e porto cervo ne e' un esempio. Quando poi trovi case arredate con questo gusto, ti rendi conto di quanto noi italiani abbiamo una marcia in più. la posizione e' strepitosa, da restare seduti in giardino a guardare le barche entrare ed uscire dal porto tutto il giorno. alla sera comodissimo andare a piedi in centro sia in zona porto che piazzetta. grazie homeaway!!

View view view!!

I found this wonderful villa on the web and as you might wonder I was a little scared. Just one Word “Awesome!!!”. The location is wonderful, 3 minutes walking distance to the Portocervo village, where you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants. The view is breathless, from the patio and the master bedroom you see the old port and the open sea, from the other bedrooms you see the mountains typical of this part of Sardegna. Out of the leaving room there’s the giant patio with open access to the garden and the pool where you can relax and sip a drink waiting for the sunset. I guess is a private owner that is renting is own house, not a real estate company, as furniture are high class, wonderful taste, and I was surrounded by beautiful pieces of modern art. I will repeat the experience next year. This is the perfect moment to come as I warmly advice to skip the hot season (August) because all the Italians come here and everything is packed. Now everything is easy and locals are polite and available, no need any reservation at the restaurants, beaches are not crowded

posizione unica!!

ho passato una settimana lo scorso anno con compagna ed amici. l'appartamento e' arredato con grandissima cura e gusto, dal patio si ha una splendida vista sul porto vecchio . C'e' una piscina circondata da un prato curatissimo dalla quale si vede il mare. Pur essendo condominiale e' molto tranquilla. La cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato la posizione ,hai vista e tranquillità ma in 200 metri sei nel centro di Porto Cervo. Unico appunto il wi fi era molto lento
