12 person holiday home in Tarm-By Traum

In the lovely Skaven Strand by Ringkøbing Fjord you will find this spacious cottage with everything you may need during your holiday. Among other things, whirlpool, Finnish sauna room, activity room, fitness room, outdoor kitchen, children's play area and of course Wi-Fi. You get a completely optimal setting in the cottage. There are ceilings for kip and children / teen department on the 1st floor with its own TV room. Everything is well utilized and the rooms are well located for each other. Heated with wood stove and electric heating. Exit from the living room to the south-facing terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The cottage is peacefully located on a south-facing plot. The area itself offers holiday experiences in the form of fishing lake, mini golf, ball courts, campfire and playground. Not for rent to youth groups. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus selbst ist schön groß und gut geschnitten, Viel Platz auch im Außenbereich, Rundum bietet solch ein Haus viel Potenzial, / / Es gab jedoch auch einige Minuspunkte, Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht gereinigt worden (musste ich dann selbst machen, obwohl wie selbst eine Endreinigung bestellt hatten) Nan hätte sich sonst nicht auf dir sandigen Stühle oder Sofa setzen wollen, Auch klebte der Fußboden an mehreren Stellen und es lagen Fliegen und Spinnen überall auf den Böden und teils auch Tischen, 1 Rollo zur Straßenawire gib ging gar nicht zu uns das un der Küche war bereits sehr ölig/fettig am Seilzug beim anfassen zum schließen, / / Es waren auch zwar massig Schnaps- und Weingläser vorhanden aber normale Trinkgläser nur 9 (!) in einem Haus für 12 Personen,,, das Besteck war extrem zusammengewürfelt und die Töpfe zwar da, aber auch noch verschmutzt, / / Die Matratzen in einem der Zimmer waren so extrem durchgelesen und auch das Lattenrost darunter ist mehr als über die Zeit,,, der Whirlpool lief während der Benutzung aus irgendeiner Zwischenspalte aus, / / Wie gesagt, das Haus an sich ist schön und gemütlich, es müsste nur mal bisch mehr draus gemacht werden, aufgefrischt und erneuert werden,
