Bright and inviting vacation home with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs located in a vacation home area close to Løkken and within walking distance of the water. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019/2020 and is located on a 2000 m2 plot with space for games and ball games. There are soccer goals, a seesaw, a playhouse, and a play tower with a slide. The family room/kitchen and living room open onto a large, fenced terrace, where there is a garden table set with dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa set with room for cozy gatherings, sun loungers, an outdoor shower (closed from October to April due to the risk of frost damage), and a large outdoor hot tub with room for 8 people. The property also has a carport, from which you can enter the house without getting your feet wet. Large entrance hall with access to two bright bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with high ceilings and exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and an air-to-air heat pump. Furthermore, the living room is furnished with a bar and a cozy corner with a sofa area and TV. There is no cable package, but it is possible to stream your own streaming services, etc. via the installed Chromecast. From the entrance hall, there is access to a large kitchen/family room, from which there is access to two further bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a large wellness bathroom with shower and spa bath for two people. Utility room with washer and dryer and, last but not least, the heart of the house in the form of the large living area with kitchen, which has room for the whole family. Throughout the house, there are light Troldtekt ceilings, which help to provide good acoustics in the house. This inviting vacation home has room for a large family and is within walking distance of the water and Løkken, where there are shopping opportunities, several restaurants, ice cream kiosks, specialty shops, a bowling alley, swimming pool, and more. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
