Heating is provided by both a wood-burning stove, adding warmth and charm, and an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring comfort in all seasons. Outside, a partially covered terrace provides a perfect place to relax, enjoy meals, or simply unwind in the fresh air. The house was built in 1989 and is surrounded by similar holiday homes, creating a friendly and intimate neighborhood atmosphere. For guests traveling with an electric car, there is the option to charge on-site, making the house suitable for eco-conscious travelers. Its location offers easy access to the fjord and nearby attractions, including nature walks, water activities, and local sightseeing. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
