When we arrived we were told that after first week the unit would be cleaned and sheets changed. Never occurred. On entry Apartment floors needed a sweep. The Apartment had safe advertised on VRBO but it was not functioning. Informed that was the owner’s problem. On a positive note the penthouse deck was spectacular. The hot tub was serviced twice. We ate dinner almost every night on the wonderful penthouse roof.
