Modernly furnished and equipped with all new furniture and household appliances apartment of 70 sq.m on the second floor in a residential complex with an elevator. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large double bed and a seating area with a corner sofa and TV. The sofa also converts into a double bed. The second bedroom has one large double bed and one single bed, TV, as well as a desk with an armchair and a table lamp for working at a distance. In front of the apartment there is a huge veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the amazing sunset over Saronida beach.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances: 2 air conditioners, 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, very good WI-FI, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron and board, washing machine, bed linen and towels, as well as beach towels.
The kitchen has: - an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as dishes and everything you need for cooking.
The dining room has a dining table with chairs, a dressing table and a large mirror.

There is a cafe with a public swimming pool next to the apartment. The cafe and swimming pool do not belong to our residential complex and we do not know when it is open and when it is not. Entrance to the pool is paid and costs 5 euros in the season of 23.
The apartment does not have private parking, parking on the street.
VISTA MARE apartment is located in a residential complex near the sea in the center of the famous resort of the Athenian Riviera, Saronida. The distance to the beautiful sandy Saronida beach is only 80m. , access to the beach through the underground passage. The central area of the resort with many cafes and restaurants for your evening walk is only 150m. from the house. In the central square there is a beautiful fenced playground for your kids. Large supermarket 120m. from the apartment. Village market every Monday 200m. from the house .
Also ideal public transport links to Athens. Only 180m. from the house there is a bus stop 122 which goes to the Elliniko metro station in Athens, from where it takes 14 minutes by metro to the central square of Athens Syntagma and to the Acropoli Station.
Also by bus 122 you can visit the famous youth areas of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni with many elite restaurants and nightclubs.
Also from the airport you can get to Saronida by public transport with a transfer in Glyfada to bus 122.
