On the second floor, there is a super-king-size (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a four-poster double bed with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a family bedroom with super-king-size (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) and bunk bed, a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) and a second-floor twin. You will also find two shower rooms with walk-in shower, basin and WC, two second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC and two ground-floor cloakrooms. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a gravelled courtyard with furniture, two barbecues and table tennis. The Lombard is an exceptional base to call home, as you explore the Snowdonia National Park.

Gravelled courtyard with furniture, 2 x barbecue and table tennis, courtyard is accessed via an external gate at the rear of the property. Three well-behaved pets welcome. There is parking for 5 cars at the property, and up to 10 passes for the LONG stay carpark by the rugby club. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: Dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please note: Only Friday checks ins are accepted when booking online. Monday check ins are generally welcome with sufficient notice and other check in days may be available with the owner’s prior approval. If your bookings doesn’t start on a Friday, please contact Sykes to enquire.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: This small, beautiful market town is located in the heart of southern Snowdonia, between the imposing Cader Idris mountain range and the sea. It’s a superb base for a holiday - perfect for combining the many outdoor pursuits on offer in Snowdonia with relaxing days out on the soft sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. The town itself offers a good selection of shops, five pubs and a wine bar, along with a number of excellent restaurants, cafes and two bakeries, that produce fresh bread and cakes each day. Dolgellau is home to over 200 listed buildings, allegedly the highest concentration in the whole of Wales, and the town is also a designated 'cycle break centre' boasting a range of dedicated cycle routes all around the area. Close by is the Coed y Brenin mountain bike trail and this location is ideal for quiet outdoor recreation with superb scenery, mountains, forests, waterfalls, castles and beaches all close to hand.
