Our modern and spacious 2-bedroom flat is the perfect base for your trip to Bristol. Just a short walk from the Bristol Harbourside, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Located in the vibrant Southville neighbourhood, the flat offers a relaxed community feel while being ideally placed for exploring the city and its attractions.

I have lived in locally my whole life and have seen Southville blossom into one of the most desired areas in Bristol. I’ll be letting my home while I take some time to explore Europe and then the world (hence the feature wall). I would love for you to enjoy my home and explore some of the many charms, both on North Street and the nearby Wapping Wharf.

Light and comfortable, the flat features a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided, plus a dining table seating up to 4 guests - perfect for cosy nights in. The comfortable lounge also features a large TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day out.

Comfortably sleeping up to four guests, the flat features one king-size bed and one double bed, all made up with fresh, clean bedding and linen. It also includes a bathroom with a bath, providing everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The flat has a private driveway suitable for cars and medium-sized vans, which you are welcome to use free of charge during your stay.

L'appartement a besoin de rénovation (peinture cuisine et salle de bains)

Le quartier est agréable mais l'appartement est humide (salle de bains à rénover), pas de papier toilette en arrivant et rideau de douche à changer).Un tabouret à revisser et il faudrait ajouter une table de nuit à l'une des chambres (pas pratique).
