This detached, luxurious nautical family home has plenty of living space at the front and rear. It has a modern, attractive interior. The house also has a wonderful outdoor spa and sauna. You can stay here comfortably with family and friends. This house offers you also a boat which can be used.

From the bungalow you have direct access to the De Alde Feanen nature reserve. This nature reserve is truly beautiful and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Sail past charming towns such as Earnewald or Grou and more to have lunch or dinner on the water. There is a wide range of activities, including boating, fishing and hiking, right nearby. In addition, the well-known Frisian events are recommended, such as the annual SKS Skûtsjesilen.

The super deluxe Escape 750 sloop (easy to operate, boating license not required) is located in the private harbor. At the start of your stay you will receive a short instruction. On board you will find (children's) life jackets, nautical maps/sailing routes, a 15 hp outboard engine, a bow thruster, cool box, spray hood, bumper and fenders.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only.
