Schoon en net appartement, precies als op de foto's. Dichtbij metrolijn, eenvoudig van en naar vliegveld, centrum etc. Goede fietsverhuur om de hoek, supermarkt met vers brood aan de overkant. Eigenaren zijn ontzettend meedenkend. Reageren super snel op vragen. 10u00 inchecken ipv 16 en uitchecken om 14 ipv 11. Heel flexibel allemaal.

Originally from London, we moved to Valencia 5 years ago for the outdoor and laid back lifestyle. We have been successfully hosting here in Valencia for 4 years and have loved meeting people from around the world. January 2024 we bought this apartment specifically for tourism and had it renovated from scratch.

Why they chose this property

We love that this neighbourhood is directly situated between the city center and the beach, with the Turia River Park just a few minutes walk away. It is well connected to all areas of the city by public transport as well as the airport, and having a city bike station next to the apartment is an added bonus as the city is perfect for cycling.
This neighbourhood is very residential and has a local fresh food market, a supermarket and bars and restaurants in close proximity.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has been designed to a boutique standard with our guests comfort in mind, using quality furniture and is equipped with all you should need throughout your stay. It has a large, private sunny terrace with a 6 seater dining table and a lounge area covered by a pergola.
As your hosts, we will always be available for any questions or queries. We aim to make your stay as smooth as possible and will do what we can to help make this a wonderful experience.
