The apartment is very large and has everything (even a washer and dryer). A bit far from downtown but not a big issue for us.

Apartamento muy amplio y bien dotado

Muy bien en general. En el anuncio figuraba que tenía dos dormitorios, y en realidad tenía tres; amplios y bien dotados. Con capacidad para seis personas. Nosotros éramos tres. Cocina completa y bien equipada, con lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera Nexpresso, tostadora, etc. Y con aceite, sal, azúcar, líquido para lavavajillas, útiles de limpieza... Amplio salón. El sofá cómodo. Y dos baños. Incluso pudimos entrar en la casa 90 minutos antes. Se aparca bien. Algo alejado de los canales del centro (20 minutos andando)

“O apartamento Next University conta com localização e vista privilegiadas, bem em frente à pista de atletismo da Universidade de Aveiro. Com garagem para veículo, o apartamento está totalmente e muito bem equipado, não faltando nada na cozinha, na área de serviço ou nas duas casas de banho. Os quartos são amplos e as salas de estar e jantar aconchegantes e agradáveis. Bem iluminado e dispondo de uma varanda na sala de estar e outra em um dos três quartos, o apartamento foi-nos disponibilizado impecavelmente limpo, com todos os utensílios necessários a uma boa e confortável estadia. Desta forma atendidas as necessidades racionais, nossas emoções foram satisfeitas pela simpatia e gentileza do povo de Aveiro, muito especialmente devido às proprietárias do imóvel, que desde o começo de nossa longa estadia nos surpreenderam pela grande dedicação e esforço em nos sugerir passeios e outras facilidades na cidade de Aveiro e região. Em nossa próxima visita a Aveiro, que esperamos ocorrer muito em breve, com toda certeza escolheremos novamente ficar no Next University, de nossas tão estimadas amigas”

L'appartement est très beau!!

L'appartement est très beau est très fonctionnel, spacieux moderne et propre. La cuisine est bien équipée. Beaucoup de magasins et commerces à proximité. On est à 15 minutes du bord de la mer en voiture.Je recommande cet appartement à tout mes amis!

Amazing apartment!!

The apartment has an amazing space in terms of size and decoration. The layout is smart, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice and new and the living room is lovely and spacious and It Was very clean.The beach is about 15 minutes drive away by car so i could see a beautiful sunset!There were many markets near by and a shopping center.I recommend this apartment to all my friends!
