Very convenient to St. Andrews golf, restaurants, pubs etc. Grocery store less than 200 yards away. Beautiful back garden to enjoy drinks after golf. Only downside was a single bathroom, but we made that work.

Issues
No directions were left to understand how the appliances worked. Coffee machine not usable for regular coffee pods.
No heat was available when we arrived. Could not find the thermastat until the next morning. Hidden behind tv in the living room. the timer was set that kept turning the heat down and there were no instructions on how to modify the thermastat settings. The thermastat on the hall wall did not work (was not functoning due to installation of a new one but we were not told that). Remove the hall thermastat to avoid cconfusion in the future.
No bin available for paper reccycling though was told it was there.
Light in bathroom was not functioning properly.
Bed mattress was way too soft.
Ad refered to dryer but only a washer was there for laundry.
