The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, induction stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking, dining table with two seats.

The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table and chair.

The sleeping area has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV (ITALIAN CHANNELS).

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.



The beautiful terrace is the MUST of this apartment, perfect for an outdoor lunch or dinner and overlooks the roofs and Medici chapels where you can admire breathtaking sunsets and enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner.

The cost of the reservation also includes bed linen and towels (1 towel, 1 small towel) 2 rolls of toilet paper, some hand soap and some hand soap, 2 plastic bags. Upon request and upon payment, it is possible to request extra linen.

According to the law, heating in Florence can be turned on from mid-November and must be turned off around the first days of April.

It is not possible to use the heating together with the air conditioning

The air conditioning can be used from June until mid-September.

The keys to the apartments cannot be separated.

It is strictly forbidden to leave rubbish inside the buildings or on the street.

Our working hours are 10am until 6pm Monday to Saturday.

The apartments are designed for short-term tourism.

In order to keep our standard the same for everyone, it is necessary to take care of the apartment and respect our rules.

For stays longer than 10 nights, utilities will be paid by the guest. Relevant expenses will be calculated through utility meters and charged at the end of the stay.
