Host was responsive and helpful. Apartment is well appointed. Kitchen is full service. Washer was a great bonus. Very clean and great linens. Note the entrance involves a steep flight of stairs - it is Florence. Parking is a challenge, just need to plan ahead if driving in.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with the host and the apartment's amenities. We're happy to know the cleanliness and linens met your expectations. Hope to welcome you back to Florence soon!
We stayed at this apartment in Florence as the last leg of a European trip through France and Italy with 5 different vacation homes. This was by far the best one. The location was quiet and quaint while still easily walkable to sights, stores and restaurants. The amount of quick connection with hosts was always great. The place itself was clean and most importantly, comfortable! Great beds, separate rooms, 2 bathrooms that are beautiful and updated, and the living area and kitchen. Great shower, blackout blinds, thicker windows to block noise, and again location out of the way to be quiet but still close by were all bonuses we enjoyed about this place. Definitely would recommend to family and friends for future travels to beautiful Florence. Thank you!

Tolerable
We had a tolerable stay at this apartment. Its location is good, but I would suggest that you search for something better. This property needs attention: a thorough cleaning (light fixtures, floors) and repairs (tear in couch, drains that don’t close). It was a bit shabby. The bed linens and towels were nice, but the owners need to replace the chair cushions and add a decent luggage rack instead of a silly metal chair in the bedroom. Windows must remain shut. I have mosquito bites on my face, arms and neck. Even after 48 hours of all windows being closed and continuous efforts to exterminate the mosquitoes, they seemed to still get in somehow!
