Beautiful and welcoming!

We were a family of 5 on our first visit to Rome, and loved staying at the Borgovi House. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, easily accessed up one flight of stairs. The hosts were very accessible and welcoming. The location is fantastic as well. Would definitely return for a second stay!

Great apartment in great location

We have been at the house for 6 nights and the experience has been great. The space is new, looks good, the kitchen is fully functional, bathroom clean, good shower. Location is great, 3 minutes to Vatican city, nice streets with lots of restaurants. I would totally recommend it.

Great VRBO, would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. This place is clean, quiet, and the hosts have taken the time to make sure the apt is well stocked. The doors unlock via an email link which sometimes took a while to load. You’ll need to use your cellular data. If your phone runs out of power you’ll be stuck, but it is also nice not having to carry keys everywhere you go.

I had an incredible stay at BorgoVi House during my week in Rome! The location could not have been better—just steps away from the Vatican, which made visiting St. Peter’s Basilica and the Museums so easy. At the same time, the apartment is within walking distance or a short ride to so many of Rome’s other treasures, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city.The neighborhood is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, cafés, and gelato shops right around the corner. After a long day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to have so many authentic dining options just a short stroll away.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.I would absolutely recommend BorgoVi House to anyone visiting Rome—it combines the perfect location, comfort, and hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect location!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was exactly as described. When we arrived after a very long day of travel, we walked into a very clean, easy to access apartment. We were most excited to learn how close it was to everything. We walked to St Peter’s Square and the Vatican in minutes. All the other tourist spots, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, are all walkable too. There is an alley just around the corner with an incredible salumeria and cafe’s. It really is a perfect location. The only thing to consider is that the noise level late at night can be very loud. I think there are some bars and people were partying loudly just under our window up til 4:30 in the morning. So if you have light sleepers or small children this might be something to consider. I highly recommend!

Rome in May

This was the perfect place to stay. The accommodations are top notch. This was definitely a better choice for us than a hotel. The location was perfect. Right next to the Vatican . These are hands down the most amazing buildings to see in person..... ...Most everything was within walking distance even though some days we walked 5-7 miles, the scenic views and breathtaking architecture made it worth it. I did rent a car for $100 and spent $130 to park it for 4 days, I would not suggest renting a vehicle for a center city stay, let the pros do it... some of these streets are super TIGHT!!! to drive on Maria was the perfect host , We let her know we had a baby with us kind of last minute...oops But she had everything the baby would need (crib, highchair & neat little treats to snack on etc...) Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay !!!!!

Bien dans l'ensemble

La description de l'appartement est conforme. Nous notons que l'isolation acoustique est inexistante et qu'il y a beaucoup de bruits dans la rue la nuit; mis à part la difficulté à dormir, nous n'avons pas d'autre remarque (c'est déjà assez gênant).

Ci spiace aver letto critiche sull'isolamento acustico. Vale la pena ricordare che siamo nel cuore di Roma proprio nel centro storico. I vetri sono stati cambiati proprio per aumentare l'isolamento. Infine abitiamo anche noi nel palazzo e per certo la notte non c'è molto passaggio. Comunque rispettiamo la vostra segnalazione. Grazie.
