Beautiful setting. Fantastic sunrises. Lovely deck. Easy access to Brunswick and Bath. Cooks Corner, 10 minutes away, has groceries and other necessities. Swimming is typical of Maine summer homes and dependent on the tides. Great birding from the lower dock. We heard owls and fox at night, saw evidence of coyotes and bear. Heard about skunks and porcupines. Perfect place to get away with friends and our little dog, who had the time of his life.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The layout is very nice especially when we had friends visit, the open concept on the main floor is perfect for entertaining. They provided earth friendly products that we could use and they were wonderful products, my hair is super soft. The kids loved watching the wildlife that surrounded us and exploring our new area.

Gorgeous Maine property on the water! We loved it here. The water views from inside and outside the house are spectacular. We enjoyed sitting by the water as the sun set, and we were lucky to see a bright orange full moon. I caught the sunrise early one morning. Very magical!The kitchen is very well-stocked, and there’s a lobster pot and crackers! We enjoyed cooking on the gas stove and the Blackstone and grill on the large deck. Most nights, we ate dinner outside. We rented kayaks for 3 days and loved the water and wildlife from that perspective. We like to travel with our dog, and appreciate being allowed to have him with us.

Perfect Maine summer vacation house! Great location, lots of space, on the water, very clean! What more could you ask for. It was four of us and our dog for a week. House is exactly what you would want in a Maine vacation house. Owner and property manager are very attentive and helpful. We’d love to come back next summer!!!

Fabulous!

We stayed one week and wish it could have been longer. The house is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is fabulous - on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the water from the house and a private path to a waterfront deck. One of the best stays we've had!

We had a wonderful week at the home---perfect setting for sitting on the deck with the family (and pup) and enjoying the water. House is spacious and works well for everyone to be able to find a nook to read or do puzzles or projects. I think we lived on the porch most days though! We loved kayaking from the property at high tide---and the swimming was lovely.

Loved The Tides

The Tides was appointed better than any short term rental I have ever stayed in. Everything I looked for was there, tea pot, broiler pan, cookie sheet, pasta server, rags to wipe the dog’s feet, etc. It was quiet and secluded. We had a delightful time.

Great windows open to a beautiful view of the water. The deck is huge and a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Yard is also large and lovely. House is located about 15-20min drive to some great restaurants and hikes. We very much enjoyed our stay

50th Birthday Trip

We absolutely loved our stay at The Tides. It was very peaceful. We spent the trip on the deck, in the kitchen taking advantage of the local seafood and taking naps by the wood stove. The property is beautiful for bird watching and our dog Mojo was fascinated by everything, especially the turkeys. The owner and manager were very helpful and available when something arose which we needed assistance with. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect Getaway!

We had such a great time staying here! The house was clean and in a perfect location to access so many great trails, beaches, restaurants, etc. And the property manager and homeowner both reached out ahead of time and day of check-in to make sure we had everything we needed, making communication so easy while we were there. Serene and wonderful

My family of 4 all enjoyed this very comfortable and attractive house thoroughly. The accommodations are all in place and easy to use, and the surroundings are classy and fun. Within driving distance to everything, yet the best of all is right there in the backyard. The most calming and enjoyable to us was the sitting dock overseeing a pristine wildlife preserve.

We enjoyed using this excellent property as a home base for exploring both the mid-coast of Maine as well as the Portland area. Property matched what appears in the online photos. Well maintained. Gorgeous views. Kitchen well stocked. We would definitely consider visiting again!

The place is great. It was clean and well kept. The view was amazing and the deck was perfect (even in the cold temps). The kitchen had everything you could want. We are hoping to come back in the summer to kayak or SUP. Delightfully isolated, but still close to town making it easy to get groceries and go exploring for the day.

Great place

We stayed at the Tides for the first time this July. The ower was very reaponsive and provided all the necessary information for the home. As well as checked in with us durring our stay to make sure things were going well.The house was very clean and there was plently of supplies. The views were amazing. The only downside was there were tons of mosquitos so make sure to bring bug spray! Would absolutly recommend staying here!
