Don’t ever stay here

Let me summarise the issues we found. 1) The Wi-Fi code sent was for a different property. We found the Wi-Fi ourselves. 2. The property itself has seen better days. The bedclothes were dirty, the duvet was dirty, the mattress was thin and saggy, the sliding door wardrobes were broken, 2/3 of the lights didn’t work, 3) The kitchen utensils (such as they were) were in a mug in a cupboard. 4) One of the kitchen cupboards was falling off, 5) The shower worked but the holder for the shower head was broken so you couldn’t use the shower unless you were holding it in your hand. The shower head was filthy. The management requested we put a 5 star review and message them privately. We did complain to them but they politely dismissed our concerns. We slept one night out of four ( in our clothes) and left the next day.Waste of money. In a bad area.Avoid if you have any sense.

There was a TV, but it had no connection (no channels available), no connection to internet (no apps available), and the FireTV that was connected to it was not working. The Wifi password that we were given was incorrect, so we couldn’t connect to the network. After contacting the host via official chat, they wouldn’t give us a solution, but instead they would reply many hours later, always asking us to contact them via Whatsapp. I insisted that I wanted to stick to the official communication channel, but I would get the same answer over and over again. The plates were dirty, so we had to wash them ourselves before using them. There were no kitchen rags and no kitchen towels, meaning we were unable to dry the dishes and/or hands. Also no cutting board, a basic for the kitchen. The bed base (slatted frame or Lattenrost) was broken, so the bed was uneven, meaning you would sink in some spots. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and there were enough beds, but only a tiny table and 2 chairs. Yes, 2 chairs for 4 people.
