Beautiful apartament with communal pool and just a few minutes from Las Burras and Veril beaches, in Maspalomas. With all the services around and a decoration taken care of to the smallest detail, it has a capacity for 2 people, an ideal terrace to disconnect, Fibre WiFi, air conditioning and Smart TV. With a magnificent location, it perfectly combines comfort with charm, and is perfect for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria, where the weather is summery all year round.

This magnificent flat with a strategic location is ideal for couples, as it can accommodate two people. It has a cosy bedroom with a double bed made up of two single beds that can be joined together or separated according to your needs, a bathroom with shower, a bright open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need and connected to the living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and HBO, and direct access to the terrace area where you can enjoy a good breakfast while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The accommodation is also air-conditioned for your comfort.

With an unbeatable location in San Agustín (Maspalomas) very close to the beaches of Las Burras and El Veril, multiple restaurants, supermarkets and all the necessary services around. It has easy connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, cot, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, towels and sheets and much more.

The property has several steps to access the kitchen area and the terrace.

Improvement works are currently being carried out at the property directly opposite the accommodation entrance. During certain hours of the day, noise may occur due to construction activities and the use of machinery. Although this situation is beyond our control and unrelated to the accommodation's management, we would like to inform you in advance so that you can plan your stay with full transparency.

Perfect stay

Everything was wonderful. Every detail had been there in the kitchen and all other necessary items in the apartment. The only little problem we had was to find the right entrance door at the first day to get to the right way with our apartment. Due to your emails, we always fill in good hands.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Zwar sind zwei größere Straßen in der Nähe, aber von diesem hört man auch auf der Terrasse nichts. Der Strand ist fußläufig über eine kleine Brücke in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Die Anlage ist ein bisschen außerhalb vom Trubel Maspalomas, aber mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten dort, dafür ist es aber viel ruhiger. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gefällt das der Boden auf die Terrasse weiter verlegt ist und das große Panoramafenster lässt sich sehr weit öffnen, sodass man das Gefühl hat draußen zu sein. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt. Die dazughörige Anlage mit Pool wird ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber gehalten.

Gemütliche Fewo zum Sonnetanken

Dass man den Zugang zum Balkon so weit öffnen konnte, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das macht ein herrliches "Draußen-Gefühl". Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar oder der Pool quasi vor der Haustür. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Eingang. Der Ort für die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut gewählt. Dass es z.B. einen kleinen Wäscheständer gibt, zeigt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Der kleine Minimarkt in der Anlage war ebenfalls sehr nützlich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!
