Wir, ein junges Ehepaar (26 und 31 Jahre), haben unsere zehntägigen Flitterwochen auf Gran Canaria verbracht und dazu dieses tolle Apartment gemietet. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität absolut. Es gab überhaupt keine negativen Überraschungen, sondern ganz im Gegenteil nur positive.Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht riesig ist, ist sie für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall groß genug.Zum Einlass in die Wohnung erwartete uns Frau Papke, die Eigentümerin, persönlich. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie, um hier nur wenige Highlights zu nennen, die gepackte Strandtasche, das von ihr besorgte Waschmittel, die beiden Kaffeemaschinen und erklärte uns darüber hinaus die Wege zu den nächstgelegenen Geschäften und empfahl uns gute Restaurants und erlebenswerte Aktivitäten. Sie war als Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und total bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt wirklich schön zu machen. Bei ihr muss man auch keine Angst vor versteckten Kosten haben. Alles war bereits im vorab gezahlten Betrag inklusive und weder WLAN noch Handtücher oder die Nebenkosten werden am Ende extra berechnet. Auf die kleinen Kritiken der vorherigen Gäste reagierte Frau Papke und baute bereits vor unserem Urlaub bessere Fenster ein. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern kann man nun die Geräusche der Straße nicht mehr hören, weshalb ruhig geschlafen werden kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Apartment mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Neu renovierte Wohnung

Die Wohnung war schön, wenn auch etwas klein im Küchen/Wohnzimmer Bereich. Inventarmäßig war alles vorhanden, ausser ein paar Haken oder Ablegemöglichkeiten für Kleidung im Schlafzimmer. Der Kontakt zur Vermietern und Verwalterin der Wohnung war problemlos und nett.Ein Nachteil der Lage war die Schwierigkeit, abends einen nahen Parkplatz zu finden. Auch war es im Schlafzimmer laut, da es zur Straße lag und auf dem Balkon war abends die Animation eines unterhalb gelegenen Hotels zu hören.

Mit Blick auf besonders geräuschempfindliche Gäste habe ich im April 2025 im Schlafzimmer, das zur Straßenseite liegt, ein neues Fenster mit Dreifach-Verglasung einbauen lassen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir sind sehr herzlich im Empfang genommen worden und es wurde uns alles wichtige erklärt! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Duschtücher, etc) und ist für zwei Personen genau richtig. Der Balkon war unser highlight da man windgeschützt einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, nahe am Strand, nahe an Lebensmittelversorgung und Anschluss an das öffentliche Busnetz. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!
