The Villa Lujo (Benissa) is an iconic Mediterranean villa with unparalleled panoramic sea views that can be considered a truly unique oasis of calm, luxury and elegance in this part of Benissa, Calpe, Moraira... it has a Golf putting green, petanque court, optional heated pool, Gymnasium with top-of-the-range exercise equipment, sauna with infrared system, home cinema room... In this Villa a deposit of 1.500€ is required and pets are not allowed.

The Villa´s conceptual desing and structure:
The outdoor conceptual design enables our guests to have moments of tranquillity in its elegant gardens, have a relaxing sunbath in its unique asian style heated swimming pool, exercise in its golf putting green, the petanque courts or the gym, enjoy the conversation and laughs with your family or friends in the large terrace with outdoor kitchen.
The villa indoors stands out for its carefully designed blend of mediterranean contemporary and asian decorative styles where you will be transported to a truly unique experience of serene luxe and elegance ideal for disconnecting from the daily stress or reconnecting with yourself, your family and friends.
The villa day area is on the ground floor that has a large living room with an open plan kitchen that connects through its big sliding doors onto the large terrace with an asian style heated pool, a lunch area with an outdoor kitchen and a spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers.
The villa day area is connected with the night area through internal stairs where our guests can rest in their luxurious rooms with plenty of sunshine and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the rooms have terraces with sea views.
In the lower level you have a sauna, a gym and an audiovisual games area.
The floor structure makes a clear distinction between the day and night areas allowing you to contract our daily cleaning service to have a truly relaxing and exclusive hotel-type service experience with the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury villa.
Later after relaxing in the pool or exercising you will be able to decide each day if you wish to use our exclusive concierge service to book a unique selected local restaurant, make a barbeque in the villa or even experience our exclusive chef experience to cook an authentic paella valenciana.
Other exclusive services as massage, yoga sessions, baby sitter, private transport and a complete activities planning service are as well available to make your stay memorable in Villa Lujo.

The heated pool is available from March to November. The temperature will depend on the outside weather and the use of the cover, reaching an average of between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius. It is available for stays over 6 days lenght.

The villa is situated just 2.5km from the paradisiacal small beaches of Benissa and 5km from the large sandy beaches of Calpe.
If you are interested in gastronomy, you will love the villa location as there is a wide variety of nice Mediterranean and international restaurants within 5 km and 4 different Michelin star restaurants within 20 km to offer an exclusive gastronomic experience.
The villa is only 3km from large supermarkets for your shopping needs.
If you are interested in clothes and fashion, we recommend a visit to the old town of Moraira, Altea or Javea where you will find many authentic mediterranean shops where you can buy summer clothes, jewellery and gifts for your loved ones.
