This elegant and comfortable flat, located on the 2nd floor with lift of a recently renovated building, is ideal for spending your holidays in serenity. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful but you will be just a few minutes walk from the nightlife, restaurants and shops, yet right in the centre of all the monuments and history of Cagliari. The paid parking in the immediate vicinity (10€ daily) will avoid the stress of looking for parking for your car when you return from a wonderful day at the beach.
