The Villa -
A private driveway surrounded by greenery leads to the entrance veranda, spacious and sheltered, perfect for enjoying outdoor living. Inside, a bright and cool living room welcomes you with rustic furnishings and authentic details, such as old fishermen’s baskets transformed into lamps. The masonry kitchen and dining area reflect the rustic character of traditional country homes.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a double with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the sea-view veranda, and a twin with bunk beds. Two additional bathrooms complete the house.

The Outdoors
- Villa Flavia is surrounded by gardens and verandas that provide intimacy and peace. Sun loungers and outdoor tables invite you to relax at any time of day, while pathways and green corners allow for quiet strolls among the vegetation. Great vacation in a beautiful home

Villa Flavia is located in the hills above Isola Rossa and Spiaggia Li Ferulli. You have an amazing view over the sea with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The property is quite big with enough space for up to six people. There are two bathrooms and on each side a huge terrace to sit on. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come again some time.

Wonderful

We had a great stay in this lovely house in Sardinia. The place is quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view – especially at sunset. We spent every evening on the spacious, shaded terrace, just enjoying the moment.We were four, with two girls aged 7 and 10, and the house suited us perfectly. It’s comfortable, well equipped, and full of charm.The only small downside was the lack of air conditioning, specially at night – it got a bit warm during our stay. But everything else was perfect, and we’d love to come back!

Tolles Haus jedoch nicht Empfehlenswert imAugust da das Haus leider keine Klimaanlage hat. Wir hatten im Schnitt jeden Tag um die 36 cUnd im Haus war es leider teilweise unerträglich in der Nacht da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war.Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum nur 5 Minuten von sämtlichen Stränden weg.Empfehlenswert wäre auch zu erwähnen Das Haus ist ca. 50 Minuten von Port Torres entfernt daher unsere Empfehlung den Hafen zu wählen bei der Anreise Falls ihr mit dem Auto kommt.Fazit wir kommen wieder jedoch nicht im August.Wer auf Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit steht der ist hier genau richtig.

Traumblick und Ruhe in der Natur

Wer Abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen möchte, und den Meerblick liebt , ist hier am richtigen Fleck. Zur Selbstversorgung alles da, Auto für Einkäufe und essen gehen zwingend notwendig. Alles in allem für uns Top. Strand in 1,3 km mit Auto, sehr schön aber ohne laufen geht’s nicht …. Aber es lohnt sich, feiner Sand.

Bellissima posizione isolata con vista fantastica casa attrezzatissima e molto confortevole. Pocob distante da spiagge bellissime dal supermercato e paese. Serve assolutamente la macchina. Le indiccazioni su vrbo non sono esatte. Serve specificare che l ultimo tratto breve è sterrato. Fotse in piena estate servirebbero le zanzariere alle finestre
