Rufus did not stay at my home, he infact booked on behalf of some aquaintances he was trying to impress. I'm not quite sure what warranted such a poor review as nothing was communicated. Perhaps my house isn't to everyones taste but we love it and my feedback on other platforms is very positive hence why I have been a superhost for the last two years.
